Widget overhaul
A complete redesign focused on improving the user experience.
- Visual status indicators show when you're available, away, or offloading to AI.
- Larger logo with organization title hidden by default. You can show it from Widget Settings (Settings > Widget).
- Dedicated History button for quick access to chat history.
- Integrated Help Center access.

A bittersweet goodbye
The widget button now uses a question mark icon, a universally recognized symbol for help and support. This familiar symbol helps customers quickly identify where to get help.

Add attachments to your messages in live chat. Send photos, videos, audio files, and PDF documents.
Supported files: .jpg, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .mov, .mp4, .pdf, .text, .heic, .dng, .ogg. Maximum file size: 8MB.

Control When You Collect Emails

Choose what works best for your business:
- Email Required: Users must share their email address before sending any messages.
- Chat First, Email Later: Users can start chatting instantly without barriers. They can share their email later if they want to receive email notifications. This is the default setting.
You can toggle this setting in Widget Settings.
